If you take one caffeine pill (200mg) every morning to get a good feeling, will this be bad for your health in the long term, and what exactly will it do?

yes it is. I drank energy drinks that had a high amount of caffeine and other supplements. This became an addiction. Also i had caffeine overdose and had heart problems since. Caffeine increases the metabolism and adrenaline, and if taken everyday, then you wont be able to stop suddenly. because the heart rate will always be high and will have a hard time slowing down or "stabilizing".

i have used nodoz and vivarin for 20 years and ive never noticed any "changes" to my health. I take 2 every morning because i dont like coffee.
U might check with ur doctor about the long term effects.
I`ve never had any problems with taking them.

I would think so. I had weird heart problem and limiting my caffeine consumption in the morning helped.

YES! everything in moderation especially caffeine you will be climbing the walls and jumping out of your skin.

yes. causes metabolism to slow down since u are using the pill ur body stops making energy. so when u go off them u have slow metabolism and its hard to get it back up again.

Nah. Would be better if you drank coffee, though. Coffee has some positive effects.

Yes it is bad
Caffeine pills can cause your blood presure to rise.
and other Health problems

It is no different than having about 2 cups of coffee each morning.. it can be addictive, but otherwise. no it's not BAD for you.
