so, everyone says the devils number is 666.... i dont agree i think its 999... i dont know why though... i need some hard evidence that its either 666 or 999 or something else.... it driving me insane and i need to know :) thankyou x

the devil doesn't have a number. I don't know where you pulled 999 from but 666 comes from Revelations which was written during a time of severe christian persecution. John wanted to tell other churches about Jesus but had to do it in code, (lamp stand = church etc.) 666 is believed to stand for Nero

A verse in the bible, revelation 13, says 'it is a human number, it is the number of the beast and that number is 666'.
by the way 999 is the UK emergency services.
Ive never heard it to be any other number

Clearly the devils number is indeed 999. Anyway you look at it, 999 is 333 bigger than 666, if you think thats a coincidence i beg to differ.
