Any excess caffeine can certainly induce "non-normal" feelings.

It depends upon the persons physiology, their tolerance to caffeine (which is acquired) and how much they took, really.

Euphoria is not what I'd call it, but a mild dose to someone with little to no resistance might produce a mild euphoric effect.

yes... caffeine is a chemical that induces dopamine in the brain. This gives you a feeling of euphoria.

When I take it in pill form of drink form , it can induce the feeling of my heart running away with itself. The jitters, confusion, hyperness kinda like have a panic attack maybe like you an't get enough air fast enough. The same effect as if you drank 3 or 4 cups strong coffee.

Yes, caffeine can do many things.

caffeine is funny. it makes some people on edge. but others it can make them fall asleep. it depends on body chemistry.
