yes I do belive in it.........Spring fever commonly occurs with a sudden warm spell following a long cold period. When the temperature rises, the body has to get rid of heat. Dilation or expansion of blood vessels so blood can be carried to the body surface where heat can be lost quickly to the air. The energetic feeling experienced is the body's reaction to the large amount of work going on to cope with a warming environment.

oh yeah...i got the fever...lol..cant wait till it warms up...and i live on the beach, so you know i am soooo ready to hit the waves....lol
...i think everyone that likes to get outdoors and do stuff gets a little ansy this time of year....waiting on the chance to get out and enjoy....plus some of us do spring cleaning....out with the old, in with the new....have a great spring...and dont forget to set your clock to daylight savings...another good thing about this time of year...lol
