My youngest daughter has those symptoms when she has a migraine. My oldest daughter has those symptoms when she's on her period. I have those symptoms with my Vertigo. So there's a whole host of possibilities.

I think you've already received the best advice - go see your doctor. Your health is just not something to mess around with, especially if there is a chance you might be pregnant. That means another life is involved. No matter what the diagnosis may be - see to it as soon as possible.

Did this just start within the last day or two? If so, probably just a stomach virus. You'll be better by tonight or in the morning.

Infection maybe. Go see a Doc if it doesn't clear up in 7-10 days

i had that before i got my glasses had no clue and lost 20 lbs in the month before i went to eye Dr. could also be inner ear infection which causes dizziness. go to the Dr.

is there a chance that you could be pregnant? if so, those are some symptoms of morning sickness.
go to your doctor or gynacologist and ask for a pregnancy test to be sure.
