If you don't have anything more important to say to them other than "your decor is ugly," then I suggest just keeping your mouth shut. You can decorate your wedding however you want.

Maybe you should just leave it alone and say nothing ,,,, It's not your wedding ,,,, But then again if you don't really want to be a part of the wedding then just go up to her and come out with it ,,,, To hell with friendship ,,,, Just get that decor changed to your satisfaction and not hers ,,,,

Honestly, you dont. If it is completely her idea, then it is her 'dream' wedding....and it is not worth risking a friendship, nor hurting her feelings. It may even cause her to second guess all of her ideas and will be too late for changes and cause her to worry over it, which in turn will affect her feelings on the day of her wedding, I definately wouldnt say a word.

You don't. If you are ASKED by the bride for your opinion, then go ahead and give it freely, otherwise you support whatever choices she's made, wear the ugly dress and smile. Keep your mouth shut unless it's to say "what a lovely wedding that was".

u don't you do your part in the wedding and complain to a friend who can keep their mouth shut. Its her wedding and she has the right to put as many crappy decorations all over as she wants. Everybody's taste is different.

depends on what the colors are...everyone has different taste. But if it was something that I thought was ugly, but could see other people really liking, then I wouldn't say anything...but if they are SO ugly that everyone is just going to make fun of it, then you need to tell her. Maybe post a question on here saying, What do you think of these colors for a wedding...? then put in what colors they are and see what people say. if it is all bad, then print it out and show it to her...

Are you saying you are the ugly decor...that's not nice...she did invite you to be part of the party didn't she?...I am sure she doesn't feel that way...it's her wedding...so if she wanted you to be part of it, and you already said yes, you should...really...you are too hard on yourself I am sure. Good luck.

Variety is "the spice of life". If we didn't have choices & opinions then we'd all do it MY way. :)

Just because it's unappealing to you doesn't mean it is to everyone else. I'm sure there have been things you've chosen or worn that others have wondered, "WHY?".

Go with the flow. If it bothers you too much, bow out of the wedding, graciously.

This is a very common sense question. Have you ever bought something that EVERYONE else liked??? Not possible. How many people told you it was ugly??? Not one if they are really friends. People are individuals with individual likes. As a TRUE friend it is up to you to be there to support and help...not judge their individual style or taste...who said your's was any better???

You don't! That is terrible manners and could only serve to hurt the people who are getting married. It is not your call. If you thought that way, then why are you in the wedding party anyway?
