I was heading to work this morning and my 95 Corolla just cut off and will not crank back. It will turn over and sounds like it wants to start but nothing.

As a fuel-injected car, it's hard to test for fuel flow, but odds are it an ignition problem anyway. You need to test for a spark by removing a spark plug wire and plugging in a lawnmower sparkplug into it, then resting the base of the sparkplug on a good conductor under the hood (but away from the battery.)

I expect as you crank it you will not see a spark.

Failure could be in the ignition coil or the hall-effect ignition module under the distributor cap.

You should hook it up to a scan tool. You can loan one from an advance auto parts, or autozone. My guess is that it is either an ignition system, or fuel system problem. (Plugs, wire, distributor, or rotor button) or possibly a bad fuel pump or clogged line. The scan tool should assist you with diagnostic. Good Luck! Josh

get rid of it... it is 12 years old and should be replaced...

besides that, you are polluting the air much worse than with a new car...
