Waxing or electrolysis.
Waxing removes hair down to the root and lasts longer than shaving BUT you have to let it grow a bit before the wax can get a hold of it.
Electrolysis is costly and has to be repeated a few times BUT it is permanent after a few courses.

well it depends on where it is but shaving, waxing, and plucking work...if you have unwanted hair/dark hair on your arms, stomach, face or back try bleaching it w/ body hair bleach. i'm italian so my stomach has darker hair on it so instead of ripping the hair off i just bleach it and you cant even tell its there. its better than shaving it, that way it doesnt grow back darker or thicker and if you have a guy touching u it doesnt feel all stuby.

I'd say try Nair. If that doesn't work there are creams which get rid of unwanted hair or you can try professional waxing.

screw waxing!
ulta has this hair removal roll on and it works. if you're skeptical about that, go with noxema's hair minimizing shaving gel. it works and always put lotion on after you shave.
and before you shave exfoliate where you're going to shave, to get rid of dead skin and all of that crap.
