What does it means if I been with my boy friend for 3months now and still cant open up to him like I want to?How do I start off conversations with him over the phone?

This can be said sexy, sweetly, or you could just ask him whats up. If he doesn't start up a convo with that, tap into his interests. Here are some examples:
"Can you beleive that great game by the (insert his favorite team) last night/week/month? (Would have to research for this one)
"Do you want to come over and do (insert his favorite after hours activity)?
"Have you seen (insert a good movie he might like) yet?
Just talk about him and his interests. Guys really like that. My husband thinks I love the Cheifs in NFL football, but I really dread football season. Its just a little sacrifice I made to give us some common ground.

You say hello the rest will come. And tell him that you are uncomfortable starting the conversation he has been w/ you for 3 months so he does like you if he really cares he will understand.

I would think that the best way to open up to your man is in person, I understand that you want a phone convo here but after three months one on one talking might suit you better--good luck
