a cognitive report regarding ADHD is a study conducted on your child to determine whether he or she has ADHD. The extent of the ADHD and possible treatment options. Also if you child has ADHD you may also request an IEP for them which will help them learn better at school.

My 7 yr old son was just diagnosed...recieved a 98% on the connor adhd scale...pretty high actualy...the report will usualy tell you what symptoms he has more of..the argumenative, or being unfocused and a bit out of control...if the person with adhd is in school..the school will review the report, and do what they have to do to help the child further...
