Not to me. I checked Wikipedia, and nothing appeared relevant. It seems like it was a fairly non-memorable year.

Satanists and Atheists are not related in any way you know, as opposed to Christian clerics and child molestation which are related.

But a quick search shows that in 1699 the State of Masschusetts had statewide fasting in repentance for the abuses of the witch trials. Is that it?

How much significance could it possibly have to Satanists or Atheists.

Wikipedia doesn't have anything special for this date.

And I don't know why you would group satanist and atheists. They are polar opposites. Satanists worship satan just like Christans worship Jesus. Atheists don't worship anyone.

There is NO similarity between atheists and satanists....and NO, that year is on the Christian Calendar, so there is no importance.
