I heard a doctor say a few days ago that men who have sex 2 times a week will have lower blood pressure and that 2 times a week will add approximatley 5 years to their lifespan. I would say based on on that the answer would be yes. The doctor also said it reduces the chance of heart attack and stroke by 50% in men based on 2 or more times a week. The doctor was a woman and was only talking about mens health. Don't know abot women,
