I would suggest a multivitamin. Because you have chosen to remove meat from your diet, you need to supplement the essential things normally provided by it.

I would look into B vitamins in particular.

it really might be the reason, cos' meat contains very important proteins. if you wanna lose weight, you'd better reduce your fat and carb intake, and also eat less white bread, sausage, pasta and spaghetti, white rice, and canned food. eat frequently, but in small potions, low fat, high protein and vitamin. fruits and vegetables every day.

No,,just try to eat healthier & I can recommend one-a day (brand)vitamins for women.And get more sleep.Women need iron in their diet.

You get most of your energy from carbohydrates. You probably aren't getting enough iron and are becoming anemic. try taking an iron suppliment
