It is possible to transplant an outer ear if that is what you are talking about.However it is not feasible due to all side effects of transplant and the availability of prosthetic ears which are almost undetectable and can be readily attached by a plastic surgeon

Yes, a few years ago scientists grew an ear on the back of a mouse and transplanted it to a boy.

I don't know about ear transplants, but depending what you are talking about they do have plastic surgery to make ears look different. I know that they have prosthetic ears to.

The outer bit yes, ---- but don't expect it to be done on the National Health.
I am not so sure about the delicate inner workings, -- although I believe there are some artificial implants that can be grafted in to repair some hearing deficiencies.

they have silicone ears now and they stretch your skin with a balloon under the surface for sufficient skin to cover the implant
