i have dirty blonde hair and i want to get foils done, my hair is to the middle of my back ...will it work nicely? ...and what colors look best with dirty blonde hair....pics would be nice.

It doesn't matter how long your hair is. You can get foils done at any length. If you want your hair lighter then go a shade litter. Just tell the beautician what you like. If you doing by your self then go to the beauty store (they have hair samples) find your hair and then find the color you like to foil. see if they look good together. if you uncertain then ask an employee to help you decide.

My teenage daughter has dirty blonde hair as well and in the middle of her back.I took her to the salon and she got foil highlights done with bleach to a light blonde and it looks awesome....looked like the sun had done it.Just make sure you don't get the highlights TOO light or it will be streaked looking.

It will work. I'm sure it will be mighty expensive though for such long hair. I would ask for both high and low lights. This gives a much more natural look and is less obvious as it grows out. Usually you can go about two shades lighter or darker then your own. With summer coming go for a blonder look. Once fall approaches again add in some warmth with a touch of red.

my mom did hers with foils and its very long and it did good we think ash brown would go good with dirty blonde. don't use a cap you'll never get the coverage you need.

Yeah they will absolutely use foils. I had hair longer than yours and when I got my highlights, they turned out great.
