I had to sneak out of the house while my girlfriend
was asleep. Now my girlfriend has found out about the whole thing and left me. How can I get her back and

I don't think you can get your girlfriend back, because she is probably very hurt that you have single-handedly shaken up a (I'd assume) previously solid relationship together (considering that you were living together). Why did you sneak out for sex? And why didn't you find your girlfriend enough of a turn-on? (She's probably pretty offended over that one too, that you'd find some other woman more sexy than the one you chose to LIVE with). Most of all, why do you want your girlfriend back? Unless you can tell me that you can envision a life for the two of you for 40 years to come, I'd strongly suggest that this relationship is over. Your girlfriend deserves better than you-- in your question, you expressed virtually no remorse over your wrongdoing. You'd be best to start over and find someone new-- and treat her right this time, or else you'll lose her too.

Seems like from the other questions you have asked in the past, you don't know how to keep your dick in your pants. I don't think any woman deserves to be cheated on. Your girlfriend was right to leave you. I think you need some defent help before you can even attempt to be in a long term relationship with a girl. Either that or grow the f*** up. Your EX girlfriend is better off without you. I'm sure she will find a guy who knows how to treat a woman and not as little toys that can apparently be thrown away by you. GO HER!

Think of why you snuck out. If you really loved her you wouldn't sneak out on her like that. It's best if she doesn't come back. Face it, you messed up and you can't change the past, so you will have to live with your past actions and the regret you have now. Don't even try to get back with her, there's a big chance she won't try to get back with you, since she knows what you did and she'll think if your gonna do it again if you try to get back with her.

You can't. And if she takes you back after that, she is just as big of an idiot as you. Apparently you really didn't care for her if you just snuck off to screw someone else... doesn't matter if it was just a booty call. I'll go turn the tv on now and see if you've been caught on Cheaters!
