You are only as fat as you think you are. There is a measurement called the BMI -- Body Mass Index that some physicians and exercise trainers use to classify healthy bodyweight. However alot of these professionals think that the BMI is inaccurate because everybody is different. I weigh 195 and my BMI says that anything over 174 is overweight for my height 5'10". That is crazy. It doesn't take into account muscle mass. Every defensive back in the NFL weighs more than 174 lbs. Most of them are around 5'10" in height.

absolutely not! I am 5' even and weigh around 100 andI would not consider myself even fairly chunky. Besides, the question is not "am I fat" but "am I healthy?" You are on the dangerous path to an eating disorder if you don't watch out!

Absolutely not. You sound just right to me. I'm 5'1" and 105lbs. We're a little on the low end of average weight. Just be careful and don't become underweight, there are health risks that go along with it as well, not just overweight.

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! If you weighed 200 that would be obese... you're perfect! Stop obsessing over your weight or you'll gain weight! There's a hormone that's toxic and gets released when in stress/ aka obsessive stress named cortisol, and that's responsible for weight gain and most degenerative diseases, like heart problems, diabetes, etc...

It should be perfect according to your frame.
100lbs is good for 5ft tall and add 5lbs for every inch above that height.
Sounds like you're right on! Good for you!
NOT FAT AT ALL!
