Ok men, I need your opinions on this one. My boyfriend's best friend (who is also seeing someone) and I have been attracted to each other for about 2 years now. We talked about having a fling and he was very apprehensive and this is what he said to me: "My bestfriend drives a Mercedes and I drive a Volkswagon. If my bestfriend let me drive his Mercedes for about a year and then told me I had to give it back...I'd give it back very reluctantly. I would then go back to driving my Volkswagon, but everytime I'd drive it, I would be thinking about the Mercedes. What was he trying to tell me?

What he is saying is that if the 2 of you were to have a fling he would probably never want to stop and afterwards he would always want to be with you even though he wouldn't be able to have you.

Well obviously u are the mercedes and his girlfriend is the volkswagon and he means that he would think about u a lot after u had to stop ur fling. But any guy who refers to u as a car is only going for the ride and therefore is a loser! Think u deserve better hun.

he means he doens't want a fling with you because giving you back would hurt too much. he wants to keep you.
