How to say "Welcome to Russia" but phonetically, I need to know how to say it outloud.?

I know what it looks like written in Russian, but I need to know how to say it written either phonetically so someone who can only read english can learn to say it. I appreciate it. It's for a friends project.

It sounds like "dabrO pazhAlavat v rassEE-yu"
I've capitalized the stressed vowels for you. Note that you should read A like U in BUT, EE like in MEET, ZH like S in PLEASURE.
