If you're on a first-name base with the person: "Könntest Du mir einen Gefallen tun?" (roughly: kenntest doo mihr bitte ainen gefallen toon?")

If you want to be more formal: "Könnten Sie mir bitte einen Gefallen tun?"(roughly: kennten see mihr bitte ainen gefallen toon?")

(This is a real translation done by a person who actually speaks the language, not a Babelfish translation.)

Both of the previous answers are right....I am a native German and that's how I would say it too !
