I would defintley avoid dying your hair the same day u relax ,let leave alone BLEACH it with some highlight ,unless u want some major shedding and breakage ,wait atlleast 2 weeks before doin anything to you hair .Your hair is very weak after such a stressing procedure and prone to breakage ,your scalp too sensitive to take such strong treatments teh same day .
If u want highlights u can try adding some tracks to it in honey blonde or wait ATLEAST 2 weeks .

First of all - is this a touch up or a new relaxer? Has your been color treated before and when? These are the things that will determine your relaxer and color use. The best thing is to always do a strand test with chemical. Do the color, and then take some colored strands cut close to the head and use the relaxer. You will then see what your result will be.

As always, I would suggest consulting a professional in a complex situation such as this.

No. you have to wait 8-14 days to the procedure. It will be best to highlight first, then relax your hair. Make sure the relaxer is for color treated hair.

No. Hair relaxing is one of the most stressful things you can do to your hair and you should do nothing but treat it for at least a week before doing anything else to it and that is only if your hair is strong enough. Your stylist should constantly check by taking strands and pulling to see how easy they brake.
Your stylist may tell you otherwise but it is a massive gamble if you do and if it doesn't work out well, then your hair will become like cotton wool and brake off. Once your hair is damaged that bad there is NOTHING IN THIS WORLD which can repair it.

Don't do it all at once. Have your hair relaxed put treatments in it for a couple of weeks and then do the highlights.

I wouldnt recommend doing that all in the same day. Wait a couple of weeks after ur relaxer. Limit how much chemicals we pu t in our hair in a day.

u may have to wait a couple of weeks after u get it relaxed, becuase all those chemicals at one time could make ur hair fall out...

Heck no. That's like asking "is it okay to add gas to the fire" i advise you not to do it because your hair will most likely end up breaking. And if you don't get highlights you'll end up saving lots of money.
