Its very easy to say live and let go, but trying to make yourself move on is difficult. A strong emotion is hard to dissolve, your feelings for your ex will eventually fade away, but in order to feel the closure you seek you need to occupy your time with activities and stay focus on your daily routines. Do not dwell on past memories of your ex love. Talk to friends, tell yourself that you can manage. Don't try to hurry and find someone new because then you'll be using that person as a rebound (which was done to me). If you and your ex cannot work things out then let time take its course and you'll see that you will be okay.

Be thankful for the time you've had with that person. God will send many new people your direction to help you see that there is more to life then the one you've lost. The true all cure to loss is time. It will take time and it's important that you find things to do cuz focusing on the loss all the time will hinder the healing process. May advice while you wait on the healing process, is to feed you talents and passions. Throw yourself into you. But know if you've loved once... you'll love again. I’m sorry this has happened and I know it hurts. Take care of you…God Bless.

u won't move on right away, it will take time. the sooner u accept it and believe its over the sooner u will be able to make sense out of it, and be able to think about your new life with someone else. u will have to go through the grief process, to do that u will need the understanding and help of someone non judge mental and understanding of what your going through. depending on how deep the love was, the deeper your love the harder to get past. we really never get over it, we come to a place of acceptance of it.

i understand how terrible u must be feeling now..i believe that time heals all wounds...although it may take a long time for some ppl..love cannot be forced....even if u can make her stay with u, she will be unhappy.....& if u really love her, u would want her to be happy right? move on with life....love urself & find someone who accepts & loves u as u r....someone who can reciprocate ur love & commit to having a meaningful relationship with u....all the best

I know how you feel and it isn't easy. Try not to dwell on the past, and don't think about what your future could have been like with her. My theory is if it isn't now it wasn't meant to be.
