How long did it take you to put it on? Seriously... Yahoo answers too doesn't have the magic secret on loosing the weight...
Advice. You want to loose it in a month? Eat low fat, low carb, and work out a couple hours a day... Drink Tons of water, and Green Tea.
Other than that... there simply isn't a miracle. Beleive me, we've all tried.

losing weight at faster rate of 15 pounds a month is not recommended.
losing weight at the rate of 5 pounds a month is advisable.
suggestion:
1)reduce intake of meat,milk and diary products,carbohydrates
2)take fruits and vegetables
3)excercise two hrs daily to include walking,aerobics etc.
4)record your daily weights and monitor it closely
make changes in the above as per results

that is a unreal expectation! to loose that weight in a period of time use vitamins! daily, garlic, vitamin b complex they all will boost your metabolism- watch what u eat! do not skip meals!!!!!- exercise! i lost 60 lbs in a year with this good luck and if you truly attempt to loose 15 in one month you could die from your stupidity

change your life style don't stop eating by any means try cutting the size of porations and exercising you dont have to be an athlete just walk or something you enjoy
