Always be safe and check with your doctor. In general it takes about a month to heal from cataract surgery and during that time the quality of your vision can vary. It is not uncommon to have good and bad vision days. What is not normal is a sudden decline in vision, an overall darkening of your vision, or pain that tends to build and is not relieved with Tylenol or other over the counter medications. Sometimes your vision becomes blurry because your eyes are dry. After the trauma of surgery the eye tends to be a little extra dry until it heals. Ask your doctor what artificial tears he would recommend for use after surgery and see if that helps.

Mention it to your eye doctor when you follow-up or call them and ask them what you can do. We are not doctors on this site, just normal people with opinons, not exact medical answers.
