DO NOT LISTEN TO PEOPLE WHO SAY PEANUTS ARE BAD FOR YOU. Peanuts (or any kind of nut) are actually good for you. Yes, it's true that they are high in fat, but they are high in monounsaturated fat, which your body needs to metabolize certain vitamins like Vitamin E. Monounsaturated fat also helps raise your "good" cholesterol while at the same time lowering your "bad" cholesterol. So peanuts are a great part of a diet, but be warned: Too much of anything is bad for you and bad for your diet efforts, so be sure not to eat too many peanuts. How many is too many? Well, one serving of peanuts is about 30 peanuts. You can have up to three servings a day as long as it's in line with your calorie and nutrient consumption (if you're trying to lose weight, your nutrient consumption should be an even three-way split between protein, carbs and fat). As for salted vs. dry-roasted, if you have high blood pressure (like me) eat the unsalted dry-roasted nuts, but if your BP is fine you can eat salted nuts. P.S.: Again, ANY nuts are good if you're on a diet, but almonds are best.

The most natural and healthy diet for humans is an omnivorous diet, and not a plant based diet, or a meat-based diet per se. The Paleo Diet can be very widely varied and omnivorous for the most part, but the most important thing is that it’s unprocessed, and avoids the worst foods that agriculture brought mankind… refined inflammatory vegetable oils, refined grains (some are worse than others), and sugar! Learn here https://tr.im/WREON
As you can see, the benefits of adopting a Paleo way of eating can be incredible! I’ve been eating 95% Paleo for the last 5-6 years and I’ve never felt better. I have dozens of friends that have adopted a more Paleo way of eating too, and have seen all sorts of health problems disappear, including eliminating acne and other skin problems, digestion problems, improving brain clarity, and of course, losing a lot of body fat!

In moderation, they are good for a snack as nuts contain the good fats that our bodies need and not the saturated or trans fats. It would be better to eat them unsalted to avoid water retention from the salt. Maybe you could try having some celery sticks and carrots along with the nuts so that you get variety and do not overeat one thing!

Although nuts are a good food in moderation (they contain as much protein as lean meat), they are not suitable if you are dieting. Also the salt content is not a good idea. However, like everything in life, sometimes they are just what you need to have!

Not such a good idea.
Nuts are OK to eat on diets in small quantities as they are very nutritious, however I would swap these for unslated varieties and limit your intake. Try raisins instead

I love both fruits and fresh vegetables better, however they look and taste. You desire a little of both.

In the event it's a fruit they have seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.
