Florida Orange juice. The commercial says that it is a better pick me up than coffee and of course it is much better than coffee for you. Also, try eating something with high protein, like a hand full of nuts or an egg. That will give you lasting energy, not just a little spurt of it like coffee

Water will jump start your metabolism. Another thing I like is to pour equal parts of oj and milk over ice. Power bars give a great energy boost. Clif bars in particular I find give me energy and have enough calories to keep me full until lunch. Or take a nice walk outside or on a treadmill to get an early energy boost.

Try a cool or cold shower, it increases your heart rate and gives energy. Hot showers put you to sleep.

Good luck, caffeine is a nasty addiction, but even if you only get down to just one small cup in the morning, you are doing better than a lot of people.

I drink tea, it has caffeine in it. You can also drink soda but I don't think thats to healty for you. There are energy drinks which are another option like Red Bull.
