Does anyone know the name of the salad dressing used in many Japanese restaurants?

It's not the ginger based one, it's thicker kinda orangy colored.

Duck Sauce Maybe....
If its kinda orangey I want to say its a sesame one
There is a honey giner sesame one that I make
or a spicy sesame
Easy all you do is 1 part rice wine vinegar to 2 parts sesame oil, scrhachia (hot sauce) to taste or crushed red pepper and a little honey to sweeten it up.
