Is there go quotation mark (" ")PLEASE HELP?

In English Language is it goes quotation marks (" ") on the name of orchestar and name of parfume

Please Help i need for colecge

No. The name of the orchestra is a proper noun and the name of the perfume will be covered by a trade mark and is therefore a trade name.

No, it would not be normal to use quotation marks. As both the names of an orchestra and a brand of perfume are proper nouns, both would start with capital letters.
