Nothing is missing - You are doing great!!

The banana constitutes almost a complete balanced diet in combination with milk. It contains a high grade protein, which includes three of the essential amino acids. Banana and milk supplement each other in an ideal manner and provide all the needed nutrients to the body.

What you have is good; however, breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day. This meal keeps you energized and keeps you from eating more later on in the day.

Along with that maybe add 3/4 C of whole grain cereal or oatmeal.Or maybe a handful or nuts

If you simply cannot eat any more try adding a nutrition shake((boost,slimfast..ect)).

sure it is, if its fresh organic milk and a good banana. How about making a smoothie? I make them with banana, strawberry and mango, with either orange juice or raw milk. Tasty!

it definitely is.
Bananas are considered as one of the very best foods on the planet.
To have a complete meal, perhaps eat only half of a banana and have a piece of dry whole wheat toast and your milk.

I'd throw a slice or two of toast in there with your fruit and milk.

its better than my cookies and water breakfast...lol.
I would try adding a peice of toast w/ some jelly, cream cheese, or peanut butter on it. I think that would be fine.
