I once had some in laws who prompted me to eat more. I was in the middle of loosing 100+ pounds and had wish to EAT MORE. I finally blew up. I yelled at the top of my lugs - in full range of all concerned - that I would eat how much I wanted to eat when I wanted to eat. That pretty much slowed it down...
