You might want to take her to the doctor...she may have a serious problem and if you catch it in time they might be able to straighten it out quicker than if you wait until she is older.

The normal range for walking is 9-18 months, with 12-15 being the average. I wouldn't be worried yet as long as your daughter can pull to a stand and cruise along furniture. As far as her feet pointing inwards, this too is normal. Many times a new walker will point their feet out or in, but this will correct itself within a few months of walking. If not, then there is intervention to help with that.
If you are really concerned then you can contact the local school district to see who is in charge of the Early Start program, which provides free services for children under the age of three who are showing delays in any of their developmental areas.
*FYI, a walker is never suggested for a child with any kind of gross motor delays. It does not teach a child how to walk, since they use diferent muscles when in one.

If your pediatrician did not show any concern at her 1 year check up, then I would not worry. Encourage her to pull herself up, and help her learn to walk with a walking toy. We bought my daughter a Fisher Price walk n ride and she LOVES it. She literally used it for minutes before she started walking up and down the halls with it.

it takes time. my daughter started walking at 10 months because she got tired of her older cousins walking past her. the more curious a baby is about something the sooner they'll want to do it. my mom said that i didn't start walking until i was 15 months old.

I would not be concerned - some kids take a while and some just like to crawl. I would encourage her to pull herself to stand and then let her have lots of floor time- I really dont think they are concerned until they are much closer to 2 years.

Sopme children benefit from the use of a walker for limited use. By showing her that she can do it with a walker she may be able to figure it out for herself then.

Have you contacted your local Infants and Toddlers. They can do an evaluation to find out if someone is wrong.

try to use baby walker... my baby is still 10 months and he knows how to walk now with a baby walker.. you dont have to worry, if everything is pretty much normal with your child, then he must just be one of those late walkers which is nothing to worry about.

Give it time. She'll be walking soon enough, then you'll wish she was still crawling.
