i have relaxed(permed) hair and its really dry and breaking off, it needs moisture. would castor oil be good to use for my problem?

castor oil is good but mixesd with olive oil than it becom excelent n only castoil good for eye lashes want to become thicker

Yes my dear, just do not use too much. But to dry and breaking off hair the best thing is carrot oil. Trust me it works, I am a hair dresser. I have been using it for years.

I don't know whether castor oil is good for relaxed hair but I know it is good for constipation.

only for the tips, if it is put at the roots your hair will look greasy and unclean, but if it is used at the tips only the tips will look freshly cut, (but not to much)
