Being omnipresent and omniscient I do not think G-d needs any help in figuring that out.

Of course they do. That is their job, surely. And they have satellite
phones to make instant reports. Why just the other day, I cut-off a car by accident, the car caught up with me and, just when I thought to myself, "what a beautiful young woman", she gave me the middle feather of her wing. They can be so rude. And she had the satellite phone in her other wing. And her halo was, like, red hot.
Something or someone, unknown, took control of my steering wheel and gas pedal and before I could do anything I was racing to be driven a long ways on a short pier. Barely survived. So be careful out there because I have heard of worse things happening.

God nor his angels have to do any such thing! The Scripture teaches "Mine Word is written upon the tables of thine heart (conscience)." And, "Thy Word have I hidden in my heart that I might not sin against thee." We should have enough spiritual maturity about ourselves to know when we're sinning. Adam and Eve had it immediately after they sinned! The Scripture says after they ate the fruit, "And IMMEDIATELY, their eyes were opened...." (they knew they were naked). They began to seek a method in which to "cover up" sin (man's first act of religion) instead of find a way to make themselves accountable. But thankfully, God did that for them when He made them put away their "fig leaf" religion and get "under the blood" when he killed the goats to make proper clothing for them. The Scripture also says, "The Word of God is sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing asunder even unto the joints and marrow and is a discerner (knower) of the THOUGHTS AND INTENTS of the heart." We are convicted by the way our lives "stack up" against God's Word! When we read, study, and APPLY God's word to our lives, God begins to impress upon us where we are lacking, and directs us into the path we should walk on.
