Advice on what do do on a very short trip to Ireland, please?

My wife and I are going to be in Ireland at the end of March. We are only there for 4 nights though. We must spend the first night in Dublin and the third night in Galway (we already have the hotels booked). Nights 2 and 4 are in B&B's, with the 4th having to be near Dublin to make the flight home. So ... any suggestions on where to go and what to do on this all too short trip?

So first night in Dublin, second in Kilkenny, then Galway and back to Dublin...
From Kilkenny to Galway i suggest The Ocean Road with a must stop at the Moher cliffs
