I want to see other places befor i am old a seteled but i got in trouble one time and i have a worent for failure to apper where can i still go or can i at all?

Even if they do not stop you at the border because of the "failure to appear" warrant, you may find it difficult to come back if you ever do plan to return. You could be turned away for a criminal record, or arrested as soon as that outstanding warrant pops up on the screen.

Like the others said, take care of the legal troubles first, then you can be free to move around without this hovering over your head.

I don't know about passport law's in Canada, but in the US - you would not be granted a passport at all . I would suggest taking care of your failure to appear situation -

Why don't you go to court & get the law off your back. Then you can travel freely.
