Actually, it is Jesus, not the Holy Spirit, who is present. As it is written:

"Furthermore, truly I tell you that if two of you agree on earth about anything you request, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three have come together in my name, I am there among them." (Matthew 18:19-20)

But then again, the Holy Spirit is always present, regardless of how many Christians are there.

It is found in Matthew 18:20 "For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them." This is Jesus speaking, not the Holy Spirit, but that doesn't mean the Spirit isn't there, however.

The Holy Spirit is God living in and among those who believe. It's in the Bible, Matthew 18:19-20, TLB. "I also tell you this—if two of you agree down here on earth concerning anything you ask for, My Father in heaven will do it for you. For where two or three gather together because they are Mine, I will be right there among them."

Yes, the holy spirit is there. He said it in his word.
