When two people from two different countries talk to each other, and both of them are not understanding a word of what the other person is saying, they start screaming at each other.. Shouting the words and stuff.. That wouldn't make them understand, that'd just make them loud.. Why do people do that?!

Why do you press harder on the remote control buttons when the batteries are almost dead? Same thing here.

Maybe because what some think is "shouting" is "emunciating" and vice versa? That's my best guess

they think that the louder the are the clearer. But really just use their acent. they understand that
