Well, black ppl like to stick together for some reason. I guess it's cos they still have resentment for white people (or any other race). I guess it's called reverse racism and they are still obsessed with blaming all the bad things that happen to them on white people cos it's just the easiest thing to do (instead of taking responsibility). But that's OK. I wouldn't want to be hugged by a black lady anyways.

She hugged the black girl with the Afro hairdo because she is the one that went to her job to break the news that she had been chosen for the show. I think it's just that she was so excited and hugged her because she knew her and because she considered her part of her success story.

I LOVE IT WHEN PEOPLE LIKE TO BLOW SITUATIONS OUT OF PROPORTION. The contestant and the model shared a bond and in all of her excitement, she hugged her. SHE DIDN'T HUG ANY OTHER MODEL - BLACK OR WHITE. HAYLEY WAS HER GOOD LIUCK CHARM. DON'T YOU SEE SHE SAVED HER TILL THE END? If she was so racist, WHY DID SHE BRING HER WHITE COUSIN FOR SUPPORT?????

Because she felt she had a special bond with her. I think her name (the model) is Hayley...and Hayley is the one that flew to TN to tell her she was going to be on the show.

It was all about the fro!

Howie ROCKS!!!

It's possible that the girl in question has only made friends with the other black girls. I'm not sure if I'd count this as racism - just preference.

Reverse discrimination toward caucasians.

Personally, if I were one of the contestants on that show that was bypassed by her, I'd be thankful. She probably had dirty, unwashed hair, and I wouldn't want it near me.

********** why is okay for black people to be racist and do things like that - but if that were a white person - that show would have gotten crushed
