i have a small yorkie female and a neutured male silkie he has stuck with her one time.

They can do the deed but not get the female pregnant. My aunt had a neutered male that tried to breed our female.

Yes he can still "breeed" her but since hes been neutered he has no sperm to actually get her pregnant..
But you should not let him keep doing it as with any "breeding" the dog's can pass infection & you'r fe. could end up with pyrometyea & have to be spayed quickley..
