Barcelona in North Scottsdale or e4 in Old Town Scottsdale, the second link list several different places to go, but Barcelona is probably the best all around.

Alot of the dance clubs in Scottsdale have food available but its more night club than restaurant... try searching AOL's city guide for phoenix thats how i have found out about alot of new places to try in the area. Only one i can think of off hand that i remember on there is Sugar Daddy's but i've never actually been there so no first hand reviews for you.

Yes, Pepin in Scottsdale, Tapas in Scottsdale, Barcelona in Scottsdale (there's also one in Chandler, but not as good), Los Olivos in Scottsdale, Lagerfields in Phoenix ... and that's all I can think of right now. Enjoy!

The only one I know of is Barcelona at Scottdale Rd. & near Greenway
