All I can say is that you people scare me. I mean, I knew the world was full of retarded as.sholes, but you guys must have had some kind of convention to be here all at once! lol
If there was a God in the way most people think (which there isn't), He wouldn't be judging me, I'd be judging HIM for being so stupid as to make someone smart enough to see through the painful lack of logic in his gay books. Besides, which God? Are we talking Jehovah, Zeus, Allah, Yahweh, Brahma, Shiva, Vishnu, Maitreya, etc, etc... People are so incredibly stupid that it is scary. What's the joke? God must love idiots. If not, why did he make so many of them? lol
God made me, right? So it's His fault I'm the way I am. Don't say 'free will' dummies, because there is no such thing - free and will are contradictory. Even if there was, HE created that too and must have realised the consequences of it. It is therefore ALL his fault, so the idea of judgement itself is ridiculous. He is judging his own creation. He IS everything, so we must be a part of him too. So knowing all this, any judging of us, is a judgement of himself as well! If I'm to be condemned for being smarter than this legion of retards above me here in Yahoo Answers, then he must be my eternal cell mate. Amen!
Okay, which inbred douche bag gave me the thumb down? I'll kick your AND God's as.s when I catch you...

God Gives every single person a fair trial. This is what the Judgement day is all about. God will open your book (The book that has all of your good deeds and bad deeds written in) And he will give you fair Judgement considering your story, situation and everything. God is fair and all Merciful!

All people are given the opportunity to make a decision regarding their relationship with God. Those that choose not to believe in God have made a decision. There is no trial for anyone. Either you accept and believe that God has given us his Son, Jesus Christ, in whom we must believe was crucified, buried and resurrected on the thirdday, to have eternal life or you reject the ONLY way by which man can be saved. If you reject Jesus as Christ and the Messiah, you have, in essence, waived any right to trial as you put it. The great thing is that you are still alive and still have time to make that decision. And you know, if an atheist or other non-believer, doesn't believe he can only hope he is right. If he is right, then what do I have to lose by believing in Jesus as Savior. If he is wrong then stands to lose everything ------forever. I pray for all non-believers, that they that are able will make a decision that will lead to eternal life and not eternal damnation.

I am happy to inform you that God is not running around earth killing anyone. No matter what they believe or dis-believe. You don't have to worry at all on that point. God also doesn't use a trial system to judge. He knows you. He knows your strengths and your limitations. He will basically let you be the judge of yourself when you die, be it by accident, natural cause, or whatever means.

The idea that there is such a thing as human rights and justice comes from God. God is perfect in his justice. The problem is that we really want mercy for ourselves and justice for everyone who does us wrong. We want to define the boundaries of justice.
The Bible says, yes, there will be a trial. Those who have accepted the sacrifice of Jesus and live their lives for him have Jesus to take their place at that trial. Through Jesus they will be declared "not guilty." Those who don't accept the sacrifice of Jesus will have to stand on their own merits, but God says even the best things done in our own sinful flesh are like "filthy rags" compared to the complete holiness of God.
So the trial will be perfectly just, but we already know the outcome. Holiness demands death (literally "separation") for the payment of sin. Since they will not have the death of Jesus to take their payment, they will die a spiritual death and spend eternity separated from God.

the question might sound similar like, "can a well-known murderer who's proven to be wrong have a fair trial?" of course....you have a right to have a fair trial, but there's nothing you can do as it's just a matter of time before you get punished.
atheists? i think there will be a fair trial for them. fair--where people get what they deserve--where non-believers get what they deserve. regret? apologize? oh probably God will just say "i gave you 70 years to live" "i showed you things i created" "i fed you" "i gave the air for you to breathe" "and i give you free will" i gave you the rights and now you shall give me my right: to judge you".....

God can do as he pleases...he is God.
The fair trial is taking place in the here and now. It is for everyone. Either you are with Him (God) or you are against Him. You have free will like the rest of us.
What path will you choose?

1st of all, if you are in front of God, you are already dead! And yes, it is very fair because everyone gets the same treatment. the outcome may be different from others & not what you may want it to be, but it is fair. Dont define fair as having it your way.

On the day of judgment, the death of the God-less is referred to as being destroyed by the brightness of his coming.
The God-less will be extremely uncomortable in eternity in God's kingdom, so he is merciful in giving them the desires of their heart.
We are now witnessing the effects of man's unnatural industry upon the face of God's created earth. The effects of global warming will swamp the atmosphere in severe heat waves that will destroy humanity. The Lord will return to deliver those who look for him and seek him with all their heart, mind and soul.
Man will reap what he sows. God sows only good seed, and reaps for his kingdom the fruit of his children living with him in eternity.
