Pretty wierd.
Especially at a time when all the metrosexual guys are shaving all their hair off.
I don't think it is an issue. Just because he doesn't look like the Brawny paper towl guy, doesn't mean he's less of a man. Wait until he gets old and hair starts sprouting everywhere.
Actually, you know what? Do this. The next time he says he feels like a little girl, say something to the effect of, "Yeah you're bitching about it like a little girl too. That leads me to believe you are a little girl too."
He'll stop.

Men in pronz frequently wax themselves for both my viewing pleasure and the lady's convenience. My ex was too hairy and never even took his shirt off. Everyone's insecure. You can tell him it may just be a matter of time, but for now, you're happy not to get hair stuck in your teeth.

damn, and here we are constantly shaving to try and get rid of it!!! tell him he's lucky!
although, if its freakin him out, tell him to shave the little that he has. this will encourage the hair to grow back thicker. just a thought
