I don't get it.
The United States is in Iraq now as part of a UN Multinational Force authorized by :
UN Security Council resolution 1546 (2004)
extended by
UN Security Council resolution 1637 (2005).
and extended again by
UN Security Council resolution 1723 (2006).
But people don't want the US to be in Iraq because there is a civil war going on.
But they do want the US to intervene in a civil war in Darfur.
It just doesn't make sense !!!!!!!!!!!!

I think you should ask yourself first "why hasnt the Media reported the WMD's that they have found over in Iraq first" Last count was over 500. Not be mean but we have already won the war Saddam is dead never coming back into power, Iraq is no longer a military threat to her neighbors and wont be for a long time to come. Most Americans are concerned with losing their troops which by all accounts through history and war 3 or 4 thousand troops while tragic is not alot during war time more allied troops were lost in a day of fighting during D-Day WWII. Personally I dont care if Iraqi is stable or not when we leave.

We can still win. Pull out all our troops and support the creation of an independent Kurdish republic in northern Iraq. Let the rest of the coutry fall into anarchy, it will hurt the Iranians as they'll have Iraqi refugees streaming in.
Destroy anything we can't take with us to prevent the terrorists from having it.
Divert the troops and equipment to Afghanistan to capture Osama and end this war on terror.

The only two people in the world who believed the rubbish about WMD were Bush and Tory Liar. They cannnot get themselfs out of it without beating a miserable retreat like they did from Vietnam, lets hope this will be soon.

28% of them over there do not believe they can win the war there. They should go in with 250.000 + and this may convince even France and Germany. This spreads now like cancer and we are looking. When we see the mistake we have done, it is still time to correct it before it is too late. You wioll see how this cancer will spread now in the North of Africa as well, Lebanon was just the beginning because of this foolish Lekudniks.

get off your soap box...it's been used way too much.
We are there and it happened. Now we need to finnish the job. There is no justifacation required.
When you are standing in the streets of Iraq and hundreds of people thank you daily, you would know the same thing. But I guess you will never know that huh?

Yes we are.....once you enter a war, you are in deep...so the only way out is to WIN or SURRENDER.....I am all for winning.
Weapons, sure we still think their are weapons..Saddam told us there were. We just have to find them..He had lots of time to move or bury them.
We have found buried caches and buried labs. We are still finding complete cities and civilizations that were lost thousands of years ago....its a mighty big dessert.
Read my links, all you Libs, might learn something about what Winning is all about

Sometimes I dislike it when a country speaks for all its citizens, we are not all in agreement with the war in Iraq especially when there are other hundreds of thousands of innocent people all around the world being slaughtered and it's not just the U.S.A that is ignoring this. What was the United Nations developed for? Does anyone know anymore?

I think they had pretty good reason to believe Iraq had weapons of mass destruction in view of the fact Saddam managed to kill 38,000 Kurds at a go with nerve gas.

Justification for the war is obvious and self-evident..
We were attacked by a fanatical international militant Islamofaschist
group intent on the destruction of the western christian world.
Better to fight "over there" than "over here"...
WW3 has just begun....
