I am neither, but I have read 1 Corinthians and was impressed by the fact Paul was talking about sexuality in general as being a distraction from a person's spiritual work.

I do not have a problem with gays I'm cool with them if they wan't to be christlike then thats cool, but the bible did say Leviticus 18:22 that man should not lay with man as with women for it is an abomonation so I say let them do what they want, and when it goes time for judgement they are the ones judged not me but I also don't want them to be gay because I don't won't them to go to hell, I aspire to be a gospel singer and my goal and objective is to bring people closer to the LORD and bring souls before him to be delivered and saved.

Way to get those homosexuals Judy. I guess you told them, they are going to BURN. The Bible also says in Deuteronomy 21:18 If a man has a stubborn and rebellious son who does not obey his father and mother and will not listen to them when they discipline him, 19 his father and mother shall take hold of him and bring him to the elders at the gate of his town. 20 They shall say to the elders, "This son of ours is stubborn and rebellious. He will not obey us. He is a profligate and a drunkard." 21 Then all the men of his town shall stone him to death. You must purge the evil from among you. All Israel will hear of it and be afraid.
So don't forget to condemn teenagers who don't listen to their parents, in fact you have to kill them according to your loving God.
Oh and I assume you are a woman? Have you read 1 Corinthians 14:34 women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the Law says. 35If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their own husbands at home; for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in the church.
I hope you are following your Bible and keeping quiet during church, it is clear that your opinion is not important, and that if you are confused about a point you should ask a Man who is clearly more qualified to reason than yourself.
What about 1Timothy 2:11 A woman should learn in quietness and full submission. 12 I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent.
I think you are right about throwing verses at people you don't agree with. According to your bible, Homosexuals are going to hell, teenagers who rebel should be put to death, and you should shut your mouth and submit to a Man. Why don't you follow it?

Do you feel better now? Do you think God is proud of you? You need to identify the sin in your own life and see what the price of that sin was because as you know we have all sinned. The price of your sin was the same as that of a homosexual, it was the death of God's Son on the cross. Shame on you for condemning your brother instead of joining him and encouraging him in the same battle against sin that we all fight.

yes like there argument for there sin is they were born like it. so then where does that leave bi-sexuals, it shows how perverted they are because they can choose to do the natural thing but still choose the immoral way. come on other christians -with the what about love thy neighbour thing. i personaly choose to speak the truth and not let people justify and deceive themselves. than speak kind words that tickle there ears and dull their deceived conciences further.

1st Cor 6

Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, 10Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
While I am not gay, it would also apply to my past history of drinking. Now clean and sober for 15 years.
The thing about the bible is it's meant to be a witness for redemption, not a club to knock people out of the grace and love of a forgiving father.
Gay - happy, joyous, care-free.

Why do you single out homosexuals? Even if homosexual is an accurate translation, the list includes fornicators, adulterers, theives, drunkards, the greedy, the impure, the jealous, workers of strife and dissent, quarrelers, etc.
Sin is sin and we all are sinners.

You and people like you are the very reason why so many gay Christians feel shunned. Besides that, it isn't your place to judge (words of Jesus). Corinthians was written by a man that never even met Jesus, so if you're gong to follow those words, stop calling yourself a Christian... because it isn't Christ you're following, and your words already support the fact you are nothing like Christ.
