Yes you could. If your spouse was to call your Company Commander you could get in trouble and face UCMJ actions. Your suppose to live by your core values and be a moral human being. Lots of people cheat anyway in the military and its usual not a big deal, but if its pushed to the right places that you are cheating on your wife, it could get you in big trouble. Your only suppose to have sexual relations with your spouse.
*Note- Conduct Unbecoming of an Officer can only be charged to officers, most troops in the military are enlisted personel, so thats not the correct charge.

it is, it is called conduct unbecoming of an officer.
also you can get demoted everytime you get divorced because of adultery. My father had this happen twice.
