112 soldiers killed in December, 80 in January, 83 in February and already 21 dead soldiers just 6 days into March. 24,000 soldiers have been wounded in this war and well over 3,000 killed..what did we accomplish??? NOTHING but chaos. Gas prices still rising.

If you've spent a minute on the Yahoo boards you know that it really wasn't about discussion. It was consumed mostly by venemous partisan attacks, mostly from the right, and had little connection to anything resembling intelligent discourse. The boards were full of trolls just stirring up trouble. Yahoo is planning implementing a new discussion format sometime this spring but I'm not sure how different it will be.

Man, forget about oil or even military lives, I mean, they are at war, they are prepared to die, that's why they went there in the firs place. They entered a war, people have to be prepared to die in a war. But civilians!!! I mean, nobody talks about civilian casualties. A kid doesn't expecto to die all of a f.u.c.k.i.n sudden, nor a woman, nor an old man praying! What the resistance is doing is defending its territory and they are dying to accomplish their goal, they know they have to die, or some have to die, but not little children man!

the people at yahoo are out of their minds! maybe the government controls that company just like they do in china! the state dictates what gets talked about! the iraq situation is a waste of life, money, time, and energy! any fool who supports this cause is an immoral idiot! this is a CIVIL WAR! WE NEED TO FINALLY GET OUT OF THERE AND LET THE SUNNIS AND SHIITES SETTLE THEIR DIFFERENCES AND WRITE THEIR OWN HISTORY! DID ANYONE STEP IN WHEN AMERICA HAD A CIVIL WAR? NO! This is because they deployed military and CIA web teams to all the main sites about a month ago. They are now clearing out anything damaging to the war effort.

i guess they just don't want make it look so bad out there. Mind you, they are trying to win this war in Iraq and by doing this is not helping them. That is what i think.
