Yes providing the van has a queen size floor area... vans come in a variety of sizes... this may seem like stating the obvious but some measurements (of the van) might help... there are handy things called tape measures that do that kinda stuff - try it sometime.

Put the queen in the van and the mattress on the roof... eveyone's happier that way.

A mini van? The box spring won't, but the mattress will if you take the seats out. You'll just have to sort of squoosh it in.

Queen matresses are 60 inches wide & 80 inches long. Hope that helps.
