Ok, so at school me and my friend were talking, right? Ok, well a teacher was behind us & I looked back twice. She’s an attractive teacher and my voice changed kinda got louder about what I was talking about, maybe to impress her? I’m not sure,Atleast I sorta think it did. I didn't even say anything to her, I have a gf and I feel guiilty? I over think things, does this make any sense? did I do anything wrong? I wouldn’t cheat on her if I could with anyone, but why do I feel guilty about this ?, is it just my mind messing with me and I should relax? this isn't the first time my thoughts have messed with my head

i wouldn't worry about. but i wouldn't do it again infront of your gf, she might get jealous.

Attractive women can make guys do strange things like sucking in their gut, speaking lower to make them sound mature, etc. Don't worry about it. You didn't make any moves on her and you're gf wasn't with you at the time.
