It has nothing to do with God or religions in such areas. Man has caused the problems with the world with their disobedience from God. Gas, factories, different man made chemicals and other things that man has created has caused much of the natural disaster that are on the earth today, hence global warming.
We can be confident that Jehovah will bring to ruin those ruining the earth. (Rev. 11:18)

No, I'm sorry. But it has to do with geology and weather patterns. The earth creates the stress on itself. We've creasted the imbalance in our weather due to OUR greed. It affects all of us but culminates in certain regions due to location and atmospheric rules only. Not if they prayed enough the day before.

What your pastor is implying is that those children in that school hit by the tornado "deserved" to suffer their fate. That's absolutely HORRIBLE!

That's insane to actually believe that.
If you look at the parts of the world that get hit the worst, look at the weather conditions in that area and the disasters that hit will be explained scientifically.

Yeah... religious beliefs have nothing to do with why the Caribbean gets 8-10 hurricanes a year..

i agree with jibba. man, your pastor is a flake! if you know anything about geography or meteorology, you would know it's all about location! god does not bring on natural disasters, weather patterns do.

It's been predicted years before we were born that these catastrophes were going to happen.
