You have to have the Aero theme enabled. More than likely you do, so just hit the Windows key + Tab to pull up the Flip3D display.

It is an icon down by the start button and it looks like a bunch of stacked windows.
It is more annoying than anything else and it take up a huge amount of memory and resources for Vista to pull it off with Microsoft code..
Mac and Linux have the same thing only it works much better.
Microsoft just doesn't know how to make use of system resources, they never did and they haven't learned anything in 20 years either.

i know that some features in vista only work in some versions, check it.
